Contest Brief

I need one single HTML page web design. I attached some files (background image and 2 sets of header and a logo) that I'd like you to use for creating this page. Look at the background image and make a content area from that which is I think around 943px width.

These are the things I need inside the content area.
- an image header. I attached 2 different kinds, whichever one looks the best.
- logo - I attached this also.
- ad spaces. 3 different ones. (728x90, 728x90, 160x600)
- countdown digital clock embedded.
- 5 big buttons labeled as Livestream 1, Livestream 2, Livestream 3, Livestream 4, Livestream 5. I should be able to link these buttons.
- text area. a place to put text
- regular sized buttons. I will need to change the text label and add more of them. Example: http://imgur.com/UXkFBGa

Put all those stuffs together to make a nice single HTML page. Please find a good styled buttons. That's all.

Best entry wins. I need this by 1 week. Serious entries only and I will post feedbacks for you to improve it.
