Hello.

I'm looking for someone to design and customize a background and outlook for my website (www.jobcampus.co.in). I want a best outlook and user friendly home page for my wordpress site. Analyse my site and Let me know your inputs/ideas. Send your design in .jpg format for evaluate your design.

Few inputs from my end:
In home page....
1. Nice background with some menu (you can pull from categories)
2. Search window...
3. Advertisement space...
4. Home page has to show only today's notifications...
and should be user friendly

Its a job site for life sciences. You can take any job site as a reference to create your design....
Note: Winner should submit & share his/her designed wordpress theme files to my mail ID (ijcmc2012@gmail.com)

For more customization following ideas are suggested.

Home :
1.Using of Banner then site will be attractive.
2. Log-in options.
3.social media plugins
4.container layout would be more better
5.Footer will be more attractive
6.Proper alignment and arrangement of each page.
