Blender Architectural Visualization Project (Residential House)

Project Description

I am looking for an experienced Blender artist / architectural visualization specialist to create a highly detailed, photorealistic, and dimensionally accurate 3D model of my residential house project.

I will provide all available project documentation, including:

Architectural floor plans
Site plans
Aerial/drone images
Reference photographs
SketchUp models and views
Additional project documents as required

The project is intended as a long-term digital twin of the planned house. Therefore, accuracy, clean organization, and maintainability of the Blender file are more important than creating a quick visualization.

Scope of Work

House Modeling
--------------------------

Create an accurate 3D model of the house based on the provided documentation.
Exterior and interior must be modeled in detail.
The model must follow the supplied plans and dimensions as closely as possible.
All major architectural elements should be included:
- Walls
- Floors
- Roof
- Windows
- Doors
- Terraces
- Structural details

Interior Design

- The house should be fully furnished.
- Include realistic furniture and decoration elements.
- Create a believable and visually appealing living environment.
- Furniture does not need to represent future purchases exactly but should fit the architectural style and room sizes.

Exterior & Landscape
----------------------------------

Model the complete property and garden area.
Include:
- Trees
- Shrubs
- Plants
- Lawn
- Pathways
- Outdoor furniture where appropriate

Landscaping should be realistic and suitable for the architectural style.

Surroundings
--------------------

- Neighboring buildings do not require detailed modeling.
- Simple massing/block models are sufficient for surrounding structures to provide context.
- Roads, driveways, and other important surrounding features should be represented where relevant.

Technical Requirements

Materials should be easily editable for future adjustments

Walkthrough Capability

I want to be able to freely navigate and explore the house.

Requirements:

Fully explorable interior and exterior
Proper scale and proportions
Optimized scene performance for smooth navigation inside Blender
No unnecessary geometry that negatively impacts performance

Accuracy Requirements

No AI-generated architecture, layouts, design decisions, or automated building generation.
The model must be created based strictly on the provided drawings, plans, and reference material.
Geometrical accuracy is very important.
The house must be modeled to scale and with accurate dimensions according to the supplied architectural documentation.
Any uncertainties or missing information should be discussed before modeling assumptions are made.
Accuracy is more important than speed.

Hi.. Hope you're doing well!

I'm currently setting up the workspace to start modeling the house. To make sure the proportions and details are spot-on, could you please send over the front, side, and back views of the house?
It's quite tricky to build an accurate 3D model without those specific elevations. Once I have them, I can get right to work on bringing the design to life!

Let me help you ,Dear contest holder,blender may be the best for visualization but when it coome to structural details it will not be accurate as you want,accep other program like ,archicad,revit,autocad , sketchup and 3d max
