Contest Brief

I have a house plan for which I need an elevation to be designed. The plan and and the elevation was designed by an architect.I am not comfortable with the Elevation of the house,so want to have a new elevation.I would like to have the 3d design both in autocad and jpg format for exterior as well as interior.The design should consider that the building will be in Tropical country with 5-6 months of heavy rain fall and 2-3 months of summer.Please design such that there is plenty of natural light and airflow.The entry should be what is required for the civil engineer to build that is with specifications for building the house.

I have added some 3D elevations which the architect had drawn (which I want to change) and the last two elevations are of houses which I really like just so that you guys can get an idea.Please note that the final entry should have all requirements for building the house .

Have uploaded to dwg files if this is what everybody is talking about.Its in pdf format though.Dont know how much this will help.dwg actual 1 and 2 are the actual files.Please ignore first two dwg files as there is no option to delete.Sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
Just to clarify again,Please note that I require the actual drawings for the contractor to build the house,like the joinery details,cross section etc.

    Hi...since you are concerned only about the exterior elevation, I am just concentrating on the exterior views of the model and not worrying much about the interiors. Will this be okay??

      Have extended the time.First I suggest you show me a 3D rendering before the assembly drawings,So that unnecessary work for you can be avoided.If I like the 3D rendering then the rest of the drawings can be completed.

    Hi...Can u let us have a list of the additional drawings as required by you in addition to the rendering. Dimensioned Plans, Elevations etc.Generating Renderings is one project but generating additional drawings is a different project. Please be more specific on this.

      As I am not familiar with the technical names of the drawing,I am unable to exactly specify.That is why I have mentioned that entry needs to have the required drawings for the contractor to build the house.

      Yeah,you are right.Sorry.The two bedrooms with their dressing and bath should be in the first floor.The main living is intended as double height.

      HI,I think I would like a mix of Mediterranean and Contemporary styles. The thing here is that I have already built the foundation of the house as per the attached drawing.The elevation which my architect drew,I dint like it very much.So i want to have a new look/elevation for the house.Colors, except red any other light colors are OK.

    Why do you uploading plans of two different projects? The files FF and GF are a project, and the files dwg no 1 nad dwg no 2 are another... Please clarify about this.... What is the project to build???
