I require 3d exterior of sketch of a house
1) Look at SG file to get the size (building Lines) STAND 2901
a. Right side 3.5m must be able to park a car
b. Back 3m
c. Left 3m

2) Building size as per sketch up file 7-8m width

3) Look at pic 5 I like this pic

4) Ground floor
a. 1 x Guest Bed Room + Bathroom
b. 1 x staff room + shower
c. Laundry
d. 2x Garage in line
e. Kitchen
f. Dining room
g. Lounge

5) Top floor
a. 3 x bed rooms + Bathrooms
b. 1 X Main Bedroom + walking cupboard + Bathroom
c. Study or lounge maybe??

6) Koi Pond on the Left side in the triangle area note I would like to make this area step down 700mm and have the koi raised from ground up 1.2m. so when u sit in this area you look at them. I will use glass walls for this

7) Back Pool 3m x 15m

8) Possible basement with cinema

9) Sizes of rooms must be indicated on final

Check my version, a`m upload it. Recheck dimensions of your stand and area which s left for building, I marked it on ground floor, with semi-red area, course dimensions of skp model a little bit wrong.
