I recently sold my law firm and need to transfer user data over into a new firm management software. The invoices created for several larger clients cannot be transferred and need to be recreated. Need someone who can meticulously either type of copy and paste information from one PDF invoice, into the new firm software. Creating a new, but duplicate, invoice in the process. There is a time crunch on this as well.
The main fields involved will be: 1) time entry; 2) Job Description; 3) Date of work performed; 4) Hourly Rate; 5) Who performed the work; 6) type of activity.
I'll be getting whoever access to the CRM management software so that they can recreate these invoices.
