Developer should access the the following url https://api.beta.tab.com.au/v1/historical-results-service and obtain one month of horse racing type 'R' data including the runners in each race, the fixed win odds and the finishing position of the first 4 horses.
Deliverables are a .csv containing the data and the source code in Python
