"Child Care Opening Soon" full colour banner is required for a newly constructed child care centre.
The centre caters for children ages 0-3 year old.
Banner size (approximate in meters): 10(w) x 2(h).
No logo and no name is required on this banner, however you do need to put art work that appeals to this age with emphasis on babies.
The intention of this banner is to inform pass-through traffic so banner needs to be simple but catchy.
Most people will see this banner while driving.
This banner sits outdoors so the material is vinyl or the like.
All work submitted must be your own work not copied from other people.

Do not submit entries that only read "Opening Soon." Such a banner can refer to anything, You need to understand from the banner that a child care for babies is opening soon.
