Contest Brief

Design a rectangular image that is suitable for upload as the key banner image for a DotNetNuke website. Theme is a Party.

Use a collage of pictures of Australian media personality. Image available online. No Copyright issues due to parody exemption.

Add Party festive elements like balloons, party hats, streamers, fireworks, fruit on head Carmen Miranda. Make it fun!

  Most Country's are under the same international copyright agreement , Australia is unique for there parody or satire law.
