Contest Brief

I need a template only. I will add content. Preferably in MS Word format so I can easily add content. If not MS Word then pdf so that I can easily print.

General theme:
Clean, high impact, upscale.

Images:
Logo (I have provided as an attachment).
Logo image is black & read as in the attachment.
Sports - a basketball, a golf ball, a football, a hockey puck, a baseball, a soccer ball, a rugby ball, etc.
Gaming - a hand-held controller, a head set, a joystick, a racing wheel, a gaming mouse, etc.
Sports & gaming images are all to be silver in color. For example, a silver basketball. A bold enough silver to stand out on white paper.

Cover page:
Logo in middle.
Bottom 25% of page should be 1 row of silver sports images, and below that 1 row of silver gaming images.

1st Interior page:
One column on left side of page, occupying approximately 2 inches from the edge of the sheet (including 0.5 inch margin), with silver sports images.

2nd interior page:
One column on right side of page, occupying approximately 2 inches from the edge of the sheet (including 0.5 inch margin), with silver gaming images.
