Looking for (2) 3" ROUND business cards for our company Gush Balls (Massage Therapy Balls)

LAYOUT

BACK-
Use the PSD file with all the benefits of self massage I have attached (purple).

FRONT-
The design will need to include: my logo, my name, my title/position, phone number, e-mail, website, and facebook page. Please use dummy information in your design (I'lll provide my logo and details to the winning entry). Please use icons for phone, email, website, address, etc. instead of actually spelling the names out.

DELIVERABLES-
I will need the business card files in the following file formats: PSD
