Contest Brief

A construction company is looking at giving the current uniform a new design that is professional, classy and modern. Uniform will be collar polo t-shirts with company logo on front and at the back below the collar area.

There will be 2 variation, mainly for indoor office staff and outdoor site staff.

Indoor Office Polo T-shirt:
Primary shirt colour: should be white (unless designer can propose a better colour combination)
Secondary design colour: light blue design elements (as per logo)
Additional design colour: light grey

Outdoor Site Polo T-shirt:
Primary shirt colour: should be Grey (unless designer can propose a better colour combination)
Secondary design colour: light blue design elements (as per logo)
Additional design colour: white

I am open to ideas and suggestion to make this uniform a blend of professional and trendy.

Updates: For practical purpose, we will need to include pockets in the design, but in order not to affect the aesthetic looks, I will want the pockets to be at the side as shown in the attached pictures. It should blend in well and will not have much visual disruption to keep it simple and clean. Designers may corporate this into their designs as well.

Instead of big flashy lines and bold designs, I would prefer more ideas on playing with small details (e.g. clever use of fine lines on shoulder, small blend of colours on sleeve etc) Do remember that this is a corporate uniform for a construction company with 30 years of professional history
