Have you decide the winner already, as I saw some finalization level conversation in one of the entries? Or should I work on this project to put my ideas?

Hi, this design is for the virtual event platform so we do not have the numbers for the physical area (it is not based on or confined by physical area at all) - as long as it appears to be a large and well-lit space. Please feel free to design and propose accordingly.

Hi may I check which sizes do you need? For video screen we are looking at 16:9. Regarding banner sizes, we are flexible so please feel free to propose to make it look best. This design is for the virtual event platform so we do not have the numbers for the physical area, as long as it is a large and well-lit space. Please feel free to design and propose accordingly.

Hi Smit, kindly refer to the Deliverables section from the description for more information. We are looking at 1920px x 1080px for the total area, with the area in the middle about 1024px wide, aligned center. You can refer to the background image in Brief 1 to see the example of a design where its entry points are between the lines.
