Design a desktop Dock with HD icons

Contest Brief
We are looking for a professional desktop dock to be crated our old dock lacks looks however the dimensions are correct in length and height see attachment:
The dock needs to look amazing and feel like a upgrade to the user it needs to have eye candy and the wow factor it should have a semi transparent background.
The dock will require the following:
1) Place for the user to search
2) Settings icon (HD icon)
3) Web Browser (HD icon)
4) Facebook (HD icon)
5) Twttier (HD icon)
6) Instagram (HD icon)
7) Youtube (HD icon)
8) eBay (HD icon)
9) Amazon (HD icon)
10) News (HD icon)
11) Feed Area - you can see the feed area in the example i sent its the grey tab at the bottom of the dock.
The dock will have the option to change colour so your design will need to take this into account.
The winning bidder will need to send the icons in the following sizes: 32x32 & 44x44 & 256x256 all psd files.
submit your OWN work only everything in this dock is required to be designed by you, this is a commercial software.
the dock can also be a floating bar see dock2 but the design needs to look right on the users desktop.
