Contest Brief

I have this poster in mind (for a graduating class) where it has a blue moon and gold stars, the stars are of varying sizes in which a message could be written inside inside. Somehow title the poster (at the top or bottom) and be able to give it to the students to write in a message for their classmates. It would ideally be 11x17 and have 22 stars. Final product would have to be in Word or PowerPoint or Publisher or PDF editable.
