I need a double sided flyer for a carpet cleaning business. You can just enter the front side for the contest then design a back if awarded the contest.

I want the flyer to look clean and fresh. I have attached a very rough layout as a pdf & ai file. I would like some variations on this theme and some design ideas. I have also uploaded the files from the ad plus some more.

I would like additional text on the flyer at the bottom as follows:
