Contest Brief

I have attached some commercial real estate flyers that we currently use but I need new ones designed. I'm looking for a new, more modern design but use the same content from the attached files. Colors and logo need to be changed as well. I have attached a the logo that you can use. Please make the color scheme match the logo. I'd like the flyer to be made in Microsoft Publisher so that we can add/edit/change the content and pictures very easily.

Hello sir, I'm working on your design. But it will be an added plus if you include the Logo in PNG or AI or any vector format. I would appreciate if you attach the map too in a vector format, ACAD file will also do. Thank you!
