Contest Brief

Need a flyer made for a sports concussion league. This flyer will be handed out to youth athletes in the community. Should be a very clean and very professional design. Any images should be professional looking (clip art of shadows), but should include multiple sports (american football, basketball, soccer, baseball, volleyball).

Size is 8.5 x 5.5 inches. For print media, so should be hi-res.

Sport Concussion Clinic
o Specifically designed to care for young athletes (10 to 25 year of age) who sustain a concussion during sport
o Goal of the clinic is to evaluate and treat these athletes so they can safely return to sport.
o Clinic held at Saint John Regional Hospital one - two times per week depending on demand
o Physician referral is required and may be obtained from your family or emergency room physician
o Clinic staffed by two Sport Docs - Dr Jennifer Fletcher and Dr John Grant, with support from Athletic Therapist Stewart Munroe and Physio Therapist Rorri Currie.
o Formal SCAT 3 testing for baseline assessment
o Structured Return to Play (RTP) Protocol
