Design a flyer to explain eBay DSRs to buyers

Contest Brief

I need an A5 flyer that can be put in every parcel I send out explaining how damaging negative DSRs can be to a seller.
Must be bold, colourful and informative. Explain how different ratings are used by eBay and how contacting a seller directly is very important instead of opening a case against them.
Some of this information will also be used in personalised emails to eBay buyers.
Please see attached image for an example of what we are trying to achieve (not necessarily expecting a comic strip though).
