Contest Brief

Hi there! : )
We're looking to create a fresh new logo for our cloud web video production service 90 Seconds http://90seconds.tv

NOTES ON CURRENT LOGO
The current logo is now dated (around 3 years old), and we are growing and need something much stronger and simpler.

We are open to both completely new designs and a sharpening up of something similar to what we've got.

MUST HAVES
* SIMPLE: We want the logo to be able to be used really well in a simple form. We are keen for expanded versions, but It needs to be used lots as a watermark on videos for example.
* VECTOR / Textured Version: I like clean vector graphics and logos.
* MUST WORK FLAT VERSION: While we are happy for the logo to be nicely textured, We need the logo to work when flattened, so it doesn't need to have texture or any colour in order for it to be usable and recognisable.
* Works in some recognisable form as square icon / badge

THINKING TO HELP
* The website address doesn't need to be / probably shouldn't be in the logo
* We really want to own the number 90, there aren't many brands online that use 90, and where we are known, we're often just called '90'
* Don't use a TV / Screen in the logo, it's likely to not be subtle enough.
* Our current logo in rectangular, a bit like a wide screen, we definitely don't want the rounded edges on this.
* A Circle could work, we're open

HOW TO PRESENT THE LOGO FOR REVIEW
* It might be a good idea to show the logo white on black, as it needs to work well like this.
* It will need to be able t work nicely as transparent white over a picture / video eg. nature, so maybe show this.

Here are all of the previews, including the normal preview, the black & white version, the white on black, video watermark preview, and logo over picture preview. I'll go ahead and send the PSDs and vectors if we decide to carry on with the process.
