Contest Brief

Please design a bar graph showing the number of users of Odesk.com, Elance.com and Freelancer.com. Use 4 million for Odesk, 2.5 million for Elance, and 8.5 million for Freelancer.com. I am looking for the most stylistic and visually impressive design. It should conform to the attached colour palette.
