Business proposal:

UK origin business with 20 years of Business experience establish an Islamic style coffee shop with a wide selection of books.

Concept

High end Coffee shop with Arabisque theme. Pleasing bookshelf's with a wide selection of books on the Islamic faith and related matter.

The idea

Customers will come to the venue to browse books whilst enjoying premium espresso based coffee. At the same time they can select there favourite faith based book in a comfortable and welcoming environment. The concept will create an amazing synergy.

The market

The coffee / book shop will appeal to all sectors of the market. Muslim customers will be a large part as they will want to buy Islamic books. Non Muslims will come to enjoy the coffee and find out about the Islamic faith.

Profit potential

We will use our funds to finance the project. On the books there will be 40 to 45% profit. On the F*B the profit margin is as high as 80%.

As we will not be having any loans. The project will be financially secure.

Selling premium end espresso based coffee and related food items.

Providing a high end coffee shop experience.
