I need design a label for a nutritional supplement bottle.

Details:
-The bottle will be like this: http://i.imgur.com/c8mLrIV.png
-The product will be sell in China.
-Must content the color Gold (using Pantone 871) and red.
-Can contain black, silver and white.
-The label must look as a high quality premium product.
-The product is a supplement related with health and antiaging.
-The size of the label must be 15x5cm
-The winner must provide the original file in an editable format (ai, psd, etc) and must be in 300ppp

About the content of the label, you must left space for:
-The logo of the company.
-The name of the product.
-A short description
-The typical supplement facts: http://www.fda.gov/ucm/groups/fdagov-public/documents/image/ucm070712.gif
