Contest Brief

We are forming a Sino/European start up that that supplies components to the domestic (though also commercial catering equipment companies will use our product) cooking equipment companys.
Our working name is - Appliance Control Technologies" (Though it may also be Appliance Control Systems )
The focus being thermostats and heating control systems. (ie the switches under knobs that you control your oven, cooktop)
Our aim is to supply complete cooker control solutions to major appliance manufacturers globaly.
We are the only company that supply acomplete solutionfor both Gas and Electric control .
Please submit a stand alone logo and a Business card mock up.
The design winner will be awarded on the basis that the submited design is a draft concept and some refinement will be required to fianalise and we will require that will be included.

One further point. Though not essential the ideal design will be one that may be easily imprinted/empossed into the plastic enclosure.

Hello! I'd like to get started on this project. Could you clarify a few things? What style would you prefer: modern, natural, clean, sharp, rounded, etc.? Do you want the focus to be on controls or more conceptual? Are there any colors you would prefer to have in the design?

  Hi.
  Good question, Modern & Clean would be preferable.
  We produce the actual switches & thermostats that are under the knobs in your cooker.
  No substantial colour preferences however blue for gas red for electric might be something to consider.
