Contest Brief

My client needs a logo for his new yacht. It is a 44' Fountaine Pajot Helia 44 sailing catamaran. http://www.catamarans-fountaine-pajot.com/en/models/photos/38/hlia-44

He is young, hip and likes "Electronic" music.

The name he has chosen combines two of his interests. Electronic Music (Trance) & Sailing.

"Trance Atlantic"

This logo needs to capture the essence of these two things in a simply way.

This logo will be used for hull graphics, Letterhead, and decals. It will need to translate well for being embroidered onto shirts, hats, and other fabrics.

No clip art.. If you use am image of a sailboat, it needs to resemble the actual boat.

Please try to key off of the colors on the boat. The waterline stripe is a Taupe-ish gold. The canvas is a khaki-Taupe color. Black in an option for accents.
