Contest Brief

This is a logo for a upcoming DJ, will be featured in print and on the web site. a simple banner with a provided photo is also required, the photo must match in tone (filters) the logo and the overall banner design.
DJ name: Dimitri FLR

This should not be a cheese wedding dj logo, it should be a pro DJ / musician logo. here is an idea:

as you see non use pictures but UNIQUE <-------- IMPORTANT fonts. If there is graphics they are subtle.
I do like the idea of Wings so perhaps something along the lines:

Can use the name abbreviated: ex: DFLR or DF for the logo.

For the banner here are the dimensions, it will be the top main banner on every page of the web site:
680 x 340 pixels

Photo for the banner is included, the one with 2 people in it, only the one on the right should be used or cropped out.

49-50 Great Idea, I like how it is elegant yet agressive everything is very original, only thing the FLR looks kinds out of place ,looks like toy letters falling doesnt match the elegance and straight lines of the rest

30 - great job, love the shield the letters inside and the wings, the font Used for Dimitri I am not really sold on, perhaps more modern something along the lnes of number 18-19
19-17-16 GREAT IDEA, really digging it, on 16-17 the D looks more like an A, took me a few seconds to figure it, not good for promo, try something similar but more readable but the uniqueness and the creativity you showed is EXACTLY what I was looking for!

Others: A bit to cliche I dont want headphones, turntables, sound waves and all that, its been done WAAAY to much, dont forget this is not only a DJ but also a producer.
