Description: I provide Golf specific physical screening to analyse the physical restrictions and the influence on your body and golfswing. I provide exercises and training programs to prevent injuries and improve the efficiency and performance of your body and your golf swing. Young people need to feel that fitness is really required for power & strength. Old people need to feel that it’s about playing golf injury free and have great posture and have great posture and mobility.
