Contest Brief

Hi all, this is my first job through Freelancer so please feel free to prompt me if you require more information to be successful.

I wish to have a logo design, which will be used for branding of work clothing, stationery such as business cards and letterheads and eventually feature prominently in a new web design (yet to be made - project to come).

If possible, I would like two logos made - one that is just the simple font and the other that uses the same font but includes graphics of some form. We work mainly in the deserts of Australia and I have a fondness for Thorny Dragons, so if you could work in a stylised version of this into the logo, you will be highly regarded. Our line of work is mainly in mining, but the logo need not reflect that.

The word "Themos" could be in any case (normal, all upper, or all lower), it is actually a compound of two words "the" & "mos", so you could emphasis those differently for effect if suitable. If possible, a simple colour palette would be my preference - but, you guys are the designers, so you tell me!

The end product needs to be original and supplied in formats that are easy for me to utilise.
Further work for simple stationery design, etc, could be awarded to the winner if I like what I get.

PLEASE NOTE: Just to clarify - the Thorny Dragon is an Australian lizard (also known as a Thorny Devil). I don't actually require a picture of a dragon.
