Contest Brief

We are working on producing a new medical app on the app store and also creating a website.
Our project is called "Dr OnCall", it helps junior doctors by providing vital information regarding the medical treatment of certain diseases.
It is targeted at the UK junior doctors who have just graduated majority around the age of 22-23.
Being on call can be tough and demanding we need a logo that is the opposite.
Simple, stylish and slick.

We require the following: App store icon logo ( which is quite small so please keep it simple and it must appeal to customers)
Website Logo
Poster and business card logo
The logo can be exactly the same but do take in to account the size variations and it must look good in all sizes.
Common oncall images from our experience is running, ? running man icon, bleep, stethascope and use you imagination.


Prize goes to the one that draws the attention of the customer, is sexy and stylish yet simple.
We quite like this website and something similar, or not would be good.

    Thanks for the entries guys, perhaps I should have been more specific. Please keep in mind that the logo will be the apps icon on the app store so something simple and not to word ( if any words at all) as it will look cluttered. Thanks. Keep them coming....

    Hi, I made a test for IOS icons. The logo is a lightning caduceus as a reference to quick info. Hope you like it

      hey, thanks for your entry. I liked it actually, I noticed what it was and the message that it conveys but I wonder if there is a better icon that would encapsulate being on call - e.g holding the bleep and doing night shifts, not necessarily phone related as some of the logos suggest. I would love to see some more of your work as I think your simple logo is close to what we are looking for.
