Contest Brief

I need a logo for my new company Freedom TC. As a real estate Transaction Coordinator I handle the all of paperwork for real estate agents. Freedom TC wants to convey professionalism and trustworthiness but in a fun, light hearted and non-stuffy way. The name Freedom TC is meant to suggest agents are free from the paperwork, hassle and stress that accompanies a real estate deal. They can relax now that we are going to coordinate the transaction for them, they are free to do other more profitable and/or enjoyable tasks. We would like a logo that is light hearted and professional, and maybe slightly whimsical. I would like to see blues , but other colors like green or yellow, could be worked in with blue. Purple or Orange could be used sparingly. Not saying I want a rainbow or necessarily need all these colors but those colors are preferred.

Freedom TC has a sister company Freedom Management (for vacation rental management) the logo will need to be used for both, so once a design for Freedom TC is picked there I will be needing to make one thats similar, for the Management company as well.

    I liked most 23, 24, 25, & 26. I am still open to new designs as well. From the contestants so far, I would take the lettering on #23 ( I like how it has depth and shadow and colors) with birds and sun similar to #24 instead of person. I also really enjoyed the mix of colors on #29 . Like I said I am still open to different ideas but from what is here those are the changes I would like.

      Thanks for your entries. I like them. I would like to see more colors similar to 29 or 23 and different lettering designs more similar to those as well. I like the bird (with head) and the words on all on line. I got a lot of likes on #24 in my contest, but I would like the colors different and maybe something a little flasher with more depth.
