I need a logo design that includes a company name “Kotar” and slogan "Photo into Wall Display"

A photo frame should be included to indicate the nature of the product. As an alternative, one or more letters could be manipulated to include such a frame. Other innovative ideas are welcome.

Elegant and no clutter design that matches trends and colors of 2013.
