Contest Brief

We are setting up a small professional training institute in the City of Oxford, UK. Looking for a logo that MUST express the link to the City of Oxford and Education. It can have an Emblem or text in professional style just like I put it in the example links with an artwork on the left or right hand side.

Idea:
Art work suggestion: The art work could be the Sheldonian Theatre : http://cdnoxford.tab.co.uk/wp-content/blogs.dir/20/files/2013/08/Oxford-Uni.jpg or another iconic building in oxford (dont pick any of the university college buildings)
Logo Text: Oxford Academy for Finance and Entrepreneurship
Colors: Dark or IBM blue , grey, maroon, or dark green (use carefully, we will be using it as our main theme color for the website)
Background: Transparent, White, and/or some color?
Fonts: Gentium Book Basic http://www.google.com/fonts/specimen/Gentium+Book+Basic

DO NOT USE the same FONTS, STYLE, and COLOURS as Oxford University - Do NOT create a logo that in anyways resembles with theirs.
You WILL NOT OWN the copyright and transfer all the files to us.
You will provide sourcefiles, color, black and white, high resolution and transparent files.
