Hello, we need a logo developed for a veterinary clinic located in Minnesota USA
The clinic name is: Grand Rapids Veterinary Clinic

1.) The new logo will be used in a new website design currently under development for this veterinary clinic. The old/exisiting site can be viewed at http://www.grvet.com
Note 1: The clinic hates their current logo – they believe it is too cartoonish!
Note 2: The new website will not use the same color palette as the existing website. The new website colors will complement the new logo design colors – whatever they may be. We are open to any colors that are complimentary and professional looking.
2.) The logo design concept may be general, concrete, or abstract. We are open to designs that include just words, or logos that contain animals and/or the animal health focus.
3.) We prefer a design that is functional in both color and in grayscale.
4.) The logo design must be able to be embroidered on clothing. See http://www.embroideryauthority.com/logo-tips/ for tips on what works and what doesn’t for embroidered designs.
5.) The new logo may be vertical or horizontal in design.
6.) We are open to any colors that are complimentary and professional looking
7.) This veterinary clinic works mostly with dogs, cats and small animals. They do not work with horses, cattle or any other livestock.
Vector artwork is required. Please include all fonts. We will require the .ai file upon completion and everything must be selectable/editable in Illustrator.

This logo is for one of our clients. We are an ad agency/digital marketing firm in business since 1999. We hope to develop long-term relationships with freelance designers for future projects. Please see our Freelancer project feedback – we are very picky, but very good to work with.

Hello Everyone - Thank you for submitting your designs. I am beginning to go thru these today. After I have selected my top picks, I will then bring in my clients from the Veterinary Clinic and have them review those picks. Then, they and I will work together to select a winner. We will continue to accept new designs for review thru this entire process.

PLEASE review the spelling on all your designs. The word is spelled: Veterinary. There are many submissions with Veterinary spelled wrong. Spelling errors in logos really make it difficult to give serious consideration to a submitted design. I would appreciate corrected versions.

- Clinic is not plural
- this is a Clinic, not a Hospital
- Some have spelled Rapids incorrectly.

I warned you all in the project brief that I'm very picky! lol
