Contest Brief

I am looking for a website logo that will go in the header section of my site. I have a rough idea of what I want the logo to look like, but I am open to new ideas as well.

I have attached a screenshot of the website. The logo will go above the top blue bar and be situated on the left side.

I am looking for the words "Washington, DC" with three dark red stars (faded red to white within each star) like those found on DC's flag (also attached) to be above the words and some sort of thick line either blue or dark red tailing off underneath the words. I would like for Washington, DC to be in a slight curve. To the right, and in larger font and a little separate from "Washington, DC", I am looking for the words "Travel Guide DC"

Looking for all the text to be in #000080; so that it fits in with the site but I don't have a font preference yet. Looking for the file to be in svg and jpeg format. I know there are going to be a lot of similar entries, so please be patient as I go through them. If you think of a design that is totally unique from what I have described...feel free to post that as well.
