  I'm not jealous, for me it's ok to win anyone with the original idea.
  Source files that you have is vector copy over the existing logo. Take look on link that I post and you can see same shape and colors...
  However, if CH wants your copy and risk to possible lawsuit, that's his choice and you better start working on your ideas than on google searches.
