Contest Brief

An artist is looking to create a logo for her name.... the logo will consist of two parts 1: her name "irina arts" the second is her unique design of a very colorful bubble. the name will be under and the bubble on top.
i have already tried many designers and all have failed to do this project that's why im posting a contest.
The word "irina arts" has to be in cursive and the colors of the font is gold. The bubble was hand drawn by an artist, so who ever is up for this project and wants to win, has to redraw what she did but on the computer, to come as close as possible to what she did and even better!!! that's where skill, creativity and perfection comes...
I have attached a couple of pictures to help you understand...
