Elixir Engineering Solutions (or Services, yet to be finalized) is an Industrial Engineering Consultancy that is focused on providing services to industries in optimizing their processes, manpower assessment, effectively utilizing resources (esp. manpower), work measurement, lean tools application, reducing variations, Value added and non-value added activities identification, improving performance of current resources (esp. manpower).

Industry target for this type of consultancy is practically any industry that deploys manpower for either direct operations (like manual assembly) or indirect operations (like operating machines).
