I work in Adobe Illustrator, so for me the best option is Ai file :) It needs be saved as Layered vector EPS or PDF so you can manipulate different layers , and it needs to be done in the proper design software .. I don't know what PaintShop can do , maybe it does not support that . I hope that helps ... I will update my hourly rate ..

1) How much is your hourly rate if I need to use you again for modifications? 2) What format of the file is best for me to manipulate the image? I will want to add my teams name and our Company emblem to it. I have Corel PaintShop Pro x4 and I am not having any luck saving to an EPS and then reopening with the ability to move the different pieces around using a test image I have made.
