Contest Brief

Hi there!

Our group is in the process of producing our first EP, and we need a logo designed to represent our image and our band name which is "Rapture".

We are looking for a simplistic, eye caching and colourful design, with the capital letter R as being the only requirement.

The provided image is a style we like, obviously we don't want a plagiarised copy, but we are open to all manner of suggestions that are simple, punchy and beautiful.

  First of all, my design is NOT a copy/stolen. As what I said earlier it's a free-font. But the design and concept is very different. I dont know where the guy found it but I cant even find it(the said logo that i was stolen) in google images. My inspiration is based on what the CH's description on how the logo should look like.
  ... You dont have to be aware of that because it has no similarities with the said logo i stole. except for the font.
  Take a look at this blog. It's about logos that has similar ideas/concept .
