Brief:
We are seeking a logo for '5B' - a start up business focused on renewable energy innovations, technologies and projects.

Background:
5B intends on revolutionising the way energy is generated for society and driving a faster shift towards renewable and sustainable sources. 5B will do this through technological innovations in renewable energy that will instigate game changing cost reductions - put simply, making renewable energy cheaper and better than the non-renewable alternative and therefore an inevitable choice by government, industry and society.

5B will be developing new technologies and innovations then pushing these into the market for uptake, through projects that 5B develops internally and also to broader customers such as other project developers, financiers and utilities. As such, 5B will work across both the technology development and R&D sphere as well as the conventional energy generation industry and will be predominantly dealing with government, corporations and larges businesses.

5B was founded in Sydney, Australia within the last 6 months. The business will operate from Sydney and be mainly focused on the Australian market in the near term however the technologies and applications we are working are relevant in the global context and therefore expansion to other countries and markets will occur in the medium term.

The name 5B was coined to reflect on a powerful concept - that our sun has roughly 5 billion years of life left before it goes supernova and consumes the earth. This emphasises both the abundance of an important sustainable energy resource, solar energy, and the importance of pursuing very-long-term sustainable solutions to the world's big problems (the energy crisis and climate change being two of these that 5B directly addresses in its activities).

Logo:
- Include the words 'Renewable Energy - Innovations - Projects' as a subtitle to the logo
- Capture the revolutionary, innovative, creative, expansive and forward thinking mentality of 5B
- Create a professional and credible image for the company in dealing with government, corporations and businesses.

Applications:
The logo will be used for general company branding, website, letterheads, business cards etc. The logo should be provided in a number of formats and resolutions suitable to these applications.
