Contest Brief

I need a logo designed for Boomstick Interactive.

The logo must include an image and also a text logo.

For the image, I would like something similar to a soccer badge. For examples, see http://www.footballasfootball.com/

so there will be an image(can include the name) and then text...for example #### Boomstick Interactive

Main Color in RGB format: R: 102 G: 153 B: 51

Secondary Color will be a light grey

I want something similar to the http://www.forixwebdesign.com/ logo. Soccer badge on left, text on right.

I WANT NO GUNS OR DYNAMITE.

To Clarify. I would like a soccer badge that includes the words boomstick interactive and then next to the soccer badge I would like a text logo of boomstick interactive.
