Contest Brief

I need a simple logo, for a Gift box concept call BOX ID (to pronounce Box Idea). As you can see ID looks like a smiley, we might be able to play with this. Please no bulbs to illustrate idea concept!
The logo has to represent the following values: Luxe, simplicity, dynamism. We need a logo to last in time with or without colors.
Targeted clients and business partners are all working in entertainment area: Fine food and wine providers, restaurants, hotels, spas and well being relating providers but also sport and adventure activity providers.
Our logo has to reflect the above values and also the spirit of our partners listed above. To give you an Idea, I like logo and fonts such as new Qantas airline logo but don't be focus on this at all I remain very open to any innovative idea..
