Contest Brief

I want a logo for my commercial real estate business (NOT HOUSES). I want the name of the company on top (Bixby Appraisal Group) and real estate appraisers at the bottom. Please look below:

I want it to look professional, not animated or cartoon like. I like the color navy or dark blue. Please add this color to the logo. Attached in the word document are two examples that I like. You can perhaps design something similar or better.
