Contest Brief

Project Description:
Caballo Diablos is a western wear shop. The name Caballo Diablo means 'devil horse' and we sell western brand clothing imported from america, as well as print and sell our own clothing under the brand Caballo Diablos. Our target audience is cowboys/cowgirls, horse riders, ranchers etc. we want our logo/written brand name to reflect the western/country lifestyle with a hint of raw rodeo style.
So the project consists of two parts:
1 - the written brand name 'Caballo Diablos'. I'd like to see something along the lines of the wording freshly burnt into wood or tanned hide with a branding iron - potentially still glowing with heat. I'd like to use a font such as 'bleeding cowboy' or a swirly font similar. Please note; most of the clothing it will be printed on will be black in colour.
2 - a matching logo that reflects the cowboy lifestyle. Must include some kind of image of a wild stallion. Majestic but Tough. Appealing to a rodeo audience. Possibly also in the branding iron theme.
