have a look at this link, it is for the pink ribbon logo, a ribbon worn to raise awareness of breast cancer. I don't know if the design of the T was intentionally reminiscent of this but it works well. Can the T be simplified to be even more similar to the ribbon? With that alteration it will take a lot to beat your design.
