Contest Brief

I'm starting my own homemade cookie business and would need to have a logo to pair with a creative and good-aesthetics concept.

My cookies can be described as big, chunky chocolate chipped. Anything that cookie monster would love.

The logo will be the cover to my facebook page and the cookie package (as a sticker) for the time being.

I value a great, distinct lettering. The logo should be clean and soft-colored so it doesn't still away the cookie protagonism.
There should be a cookie and the brand name. Consider the fact that the brand is humoristic, so the logo should neither be too serious (just a name) neither too cartoonish! (w/ cookie monsters and other cartoons of the sort).

My cookies' brand are going under the name 'Mad Cookies', but if you have other suggestions for a brand that's a plus for me to pick the design work.

Another important aspect: if I enjoy very much the logo result I'm most open to maintain a working-relationship, as I'm willing to maintain a design code for my brand.

i totally agree with you and have no idea what the CH has on his mind. My long experience in graphic design says I should give up with this contest. It's going to be a kind of lottery... Not worth 28euro for sure

Hi, it is really difficult to work without any feedback about no one design...Yes, I see top entries, but as I understood these designs are not Your vision, because You need other experiments with new colors/position of elements/lettering. Hey guys! Decided to change the name of the brand because I got a lot of negative feedback from it, because of people that believed that the name was a bit rude and prejudicial, maybe!
Since my name is Madalena I think Mad Cookies can fit well, 'cause they're crazy good :) What do you think?

  Thanks for your proposals matiasguerra :) what still is not quite doing it for me is the lettering itself (still too cartoonish) and the cookie illustration (probably best without eyes!). Take a look at my board of inspiration, maybe you can get better hints there :)
