Design a Logo for "Dr OnCall" application/website

Contest Brief

I require a logo design for a medical application and company. The name is "Dr OnCall" it is a future application and website that allows doctors to look up important information when treating patients.
I would like a slick, simple, sexy logo.
One that captures the feeling of a doctor that is oncall and is iconic for medicine.

I am of the belief that something simple is the best.... be creative and make it stand out.

Logo needed : app store logo with no txt ( small icon therefore must not be cluttered - must catch customer attention)
website logo with 'Dr OnCall' text
poster and business card logo

I have included a few ideas we have had, we need something better - more iconic but still simple.

Thanks for the entries, but I am afraid, I still cannot see something beating the 2 logo designs we have as our original ones. I'll extend the deadline to see if someone comes up with a cracker.

Hello, Kayzee87. #9 submitted for your review. I used a caduceus and phone as per your sketch. Icons created using the contrast of the blue and green as a means to catch attention.

Although the money is put up in advance for a guaranteed contest, Freelancer will not disburse it if the CH doesn't follow through properly on the handover. This is illegal. The funds are deposited with FL and they are obliged to distribute the prize.

WARNING Freelancer.com is engaging in contest fraud. They are not disbursing winnings even in guaranteed contests. YOU MAY NOT BE PAID. If you win a $30 contest they will take $5 and then tell you you cannot withdraw less than $30. I won a guaranteed contest they are refusing to pay me.
