This is a logo for an english teaching institute. The logo will be featured and be a part of a website.
The logo will be a three letter initial like this:
E.T.I.
The dots must be included in the design.
It will also have a reading below saying:
English Tutorial Instruction
The logo must include in its right side the shield graphic that is attached to this contest.
The contest winner will be awarded with U$ 70.
All designs will be carefully evaluated.

Requirement. Any new design posted must be in a white background. It's easier for me to test the designs against several colored background options (besides blue) if the original backgroudn is white.

Ok, new clarification about the logo. I'm seeing good designs that doesn't necearily follow the horizontal instruction. So now I'm accepting any kind of design that includes the shield graphic. If it's good, it will be rated positively and will go to the final round.
