Contest Brief

Logo rationale:
To develop a new brand to address a change of name from Brisbane Financial to NJL Financial Management. NJL Financial Management is a financial advice practice offering Insurance and Superannuation services and we are now able to offer Mortgage Lending. I have intentions to continue to expand my service offering so that it will be an all-round Financial Services business. I want to create a personal touch and create emphasis on NJL, which are the initials of my name, this is where the focus should be in creating my new brand. Whilst NJL Financial Management is a new name/brand I have been a Financial Adviser since 2009 – I have a young business but my focus is to create a professional edge to my business with a new logo.

The new logo will be used in traditional marketing, stationary, website and social media marketing so it will need to not be overly long but easily identifiable as “NJL” Financial Management.

Style: The logo should be bold but provide a feel of dependability, trustworthiness and approachability; I want my clients to feel that they are special to me.

Colour: The colours that resonate with me are orange, red, black & blue – consideration should be given to this however no more than any two colours should be used together to create the new logo.
