Contest Brief

Looking to create a logo for a social media traffic network named hash tag ads, however we would like the logo to look like #ads or #ADS or a variation of that. Attached are a few examples of designs we liked, but do not think it is quite there yet.

We want the logo to be trendy/web2.0 looking that is brand able and recognizable. We like the yellow/gray/black theme as well, but open to other ideas.
